The base wheels look similar at first glance to the Bullitt wheels but they are different design and spec.

I'd love to get a base Mustang. The problem is it doesn't have the Tremec, the updated front bumper, and the updated exhaust. The Mach 1 does. So from a logical standpoint, that's the one to get, for me at least.

Good point, but also probably true for any used high-performance car. Need to do due diligence, maybe even an inspection by a trusted mechanic, and be able to accept the risks of buying a used sports car.
