Yes it's an auto but I drive in s mode mostly and use the paddle shifters

So this happens every time I fill up at the gas station. After I leave and drive down the road my exhaust starts crackling and popping. I like this sound but it only does it after getting gas and last maybe 2 minutes. I have res del and muffler del on my Ecoboost. Any clue why it does this?
