it basically has your accessory 12v and ground across the coil, and then it will have a constant12v input that will be connected to your remote in once the relay activates.
You may also need to wire a relay in, if the current draw happens to be too much for your remote source. No idea how much current you’re pulling but relays are cheap
Can you post a picture of your crimpers and also an example of a crimped wire end? I had a set of ratcheting crimpers that never crimped properly I could pull the wires out of the ends, I have a nice Klein manual elbow grease crimped and it’s pretty solid. Everything you describe is screaming...
I crimped pins onto my wire, but if you dont want to go buy new pins and a crimper for them if you dont have them, just cut the subwoofer wire, and solder/shrink your wires to that. There's a spot in the fender it clips to so its not flopping around
Have my PAC unit in, have a few notes.
The metal behind the dash is extremely sharp, so sharp I was trying to unplug the wire harness from the bottom unit with the CD slot(ACM) and it sliced my hand without me even knowing, just try covering it with a rag if you can.
I used a 20' toslink cable...
Cathul, do you know the settings in forscan for a 2020gt 12 speaker b&o to make the acm do variable line out? I was just testing it as it sits the other day and the vol was fixed. I’m about to add a helix v eight dsp/amp and I’m trying to figure out if I’m going to use a PAC unit or if I can do...
So I've been researching this for a while, things just aren't adding up, and I'm not sure why.
My as-built data does not show values that other people have shown, maybe they had older models? Different speaker configurations?
Here's what I'm trying to do, I want to amplify my speakers with an...
Just a note too, I'm not sure that EQ change in forscan will do anything at all on a car with the B&O system. My as-built data already has a bunch of zeros in those areas. I was researching so I could do variable line level out and flat EQ.

I just wired up a zapco LOC to feed my sub amps on a test board yesterday. I didn't defeat the EQ and there's more sub bass than I can listen to comfortably. The source is the factory B&O sub signal.
Thanks, some dead links in there, but I see some of the conenctor P/N's up at the amp side. I just stole the factory connector off the subwoofer for now and repinned it.
Does anyone have the p/n for the connector on the subwoofer itself, the green one on the outside of the enclosure?
Also does anyone know what type of terminal pins the two sides of this connector use and where to get them?
Thanks
I have a 2020, in my passenger footwell on the fuse panel, below the fuses are two female spots, an uninsulated male spade connector fits perfectly in those. I didn't test the one to the rear, but the position closest to the firewall is on with accessory power. I come out of that to an inline...
