Did you use any primer before the G2? What kind of prep did you do?

So I want to paint my brake rotor hubs and calipers black. I plan on using the G2 caliper paint for the calipers but I'm not sure what to use for the rotors. I'm thinking that some high-temp spray on paint like VHT should work well. My question is, do you think that I'll have to remove the light...

Update: The red one is gone...sold it today. It's a bittersweet moment, I really liked that car but I just didn't have the garage space for two of them.

So how did you stop the fluid from running out?
