FYI the one that comes with my 2020 Ecoboost premium is Motorcraft BXT96R590 Battery, OE part No. is BXT96R590, just google BXT96R590, it's everywhere. And based on my research it's a standard flooded battery.

I ended up getting an used one from a salvage supplier and got it solved:like:
