I would jump on the grabber blue car. If your order doesn’t get built, you still have a mach1. My order got canceled, like many others. 700a six speed cars, with the handling package were hard to come by. I bought a 600a six speed HP car off the lot. No regrets.

Remove the fender liners. You might be able to get to the bulbs that way. I replaced the whole light, so I took the front bumper off. I hope this helps.
No, I put it back on as soon as I installed the lights. I didn’t pay attention to the back side of the grille sorry. I was focused on the block off plates. These are the lights I went with.
I don’t think there’s enough room between the diagonal bars and the light assembly with the heat sink. From memory the bar sits pretty close to the grille. Do you have measurements of the light assembly? That would help me give you a better answer.
