    Overall, I’m not happy with Ford. Not just in terms of quality, but in terms of the customer amenities like no loaners or covered rentals. With the market today and leasing options, there is no reason not to step up to a luxury brand and get it all.

    Mine is at the dealership for transmission bucking between 3-4 and also bucking while downshifting in lower gears, Apple CarPlay not detecting my phone all the time or constantly cutting in and out with CarPlay detection and the infamous c-pillar creaking.

    What the heck?!?!?! Are you paying for a rental or do you have a spare car you can drive. The cost racks up to get a rental. It’s already giving me anxiety with what I’m paying.

    My 10r80 was replaced due to a similar issue, among others. The new one still feels like the car has been rear ended when it goes from 4-5. I agree with taking it to another dealer; but I’m not hopeful it will solve anything.
