I’ve been contemplating taking it off for a while. Looks cleaner without them, to me anyway. And I’ve read that they mainly serve as noise deadening. Mine so loud I doubt I’d hear much a difference anyway.

Just curious how many have removed the hood liner. They get nasty looking, and I’ve heard where some people have the pony under it. If you’ve removed yours have you had any issues with paint getting to hot?

Got mine installed, I like them. Also did some vinyl in there.

Master cylinder cover.

These are the ones I’m looking at. I like the ones you have too, but since I put a coil over kit on mine and cut the tower opening they won’t work.

So I'm thinking about adding the JLT strut covers, along with the master cylinder cover. Wanted to know what you guys thought about the way they look under the hood. Supposed to be OEM appearance style. Kinda feel like they give it more of a "finished" appearance.

So I got the kit installed today, and what I was told was correct, you do not have to cut your strut tower to access the bolts. But with that being said you have VERY little movement with the hole being so small so I’m actually going back to cut it. Found a tool by Vorshlag to make sure the cut...

Yea I’m having them installed Friday, so fingers crossed that I like them as much as I’m hoping. I’m gonna do some HRE wheels, and Continental tires, but had to promise the girlfriend this upgrade would hold me over for a while lol.

Well I pulled the trigger on the Pedders kit today. I did a lot of reading and asking around. So I hope I’m as happy with them as I’m expecting.
