I verified there is no separate fuse for sill plate power connector and they are not powered in the Bullitt. I bought American Car Craft stainless steel sill plates, added a poly carbonate lens and ran power to them. I think they look great.

Figured it out. It does pry off. You just need to be patient and work it slowly.

I used a 45 degree vinyl removal tool. Pried from the inside of the ring and slowly worked my way around, loosening a bit at a time until finally pops off one stud at a time. There are attachment posts next to each screw (6) that holds the grille/speaker to the enclosure. I don't see how it can...

Trim ring is attached to grille assembly and does pry off. BTW speaker is a 4 ohm dual coil.

Guys, do the Koni Active rears fit into the stock mount, or do they need to be drilled out?

Can someone advise how to remove the speaker trim ring on the B&O subwoofer. Prying it off seems like it will break with excessive force. Based on other posts that expose the enclosure without the trim ring, I see no way that it attaches, unless it attaches to the speaker itself.

I would also like to know how to remove the trim ring. It does feel like it will break if pried off. I'm hoping to replace the sub speaker and the 3 1/2 speakers in the doors for the biggest bang.
