  1. AVALANCHE GRAY GT350/R Thread

GR290 and the EV for the haters. If anyone’s got a lead on the Shelby’s owner’s supplement let me know!
  2. COVID-19: Announcing The GEICO Giveback credit for our policyholders

On travelers, thanks for the headsup. Glad to be getting something back!
  3. Avalanche Gray GT350??

Were you going to add some film when you got it? Maybe have a well regarded shop ppf it before picking it up? Also, would just add I have an AG R and like jfabes, I get many compliments on the color.
  4. Let's talk lug nuts for a moment

"What are these made of !?!" - last tire guy that swapped wheels for me. 50 Deep's sockets are a very nice product and if you have his wheels, fit perfectly. I am curious, however, on the question around contact area.
  5. Chemical Guys Butter Wax

I have not but i'll put it on my radar.
  6. Forced to sell

What area? You must be fairly remote. The good news is you live in the best part of CO!
  7. Chemical Guys Butter Wax

Doesn't last long enough. Check out Obsessed Garage on YouTube if you're ready to go down the detailing rabbit hole. I have used their suggestion of Jescar Power lock and Collonite 845 and it not only came out looking fantastic but lasted quite awhile. Link below to their site but you can also...
  8. 2019 GT350R - tramlining , any suggestions?

Then I'd do 285/295. They are wide.
  9. 2019 GT350R - tramlining , any suggestions?

MPS4s solved most of my tram-lining on my R. I still get a bit, but not early as bad as the Cup2's. I run 305s in front and 325's in back. If I could do it over, I'd go 305 in back and 295 front. Pics of rear on Signature SV502's in R fitment...
  10. SCARED TO DEATH OF payments..... yet so over excited!

I don't know if I could do the orange personally, but you have yourself a killer combo there. Everyone's situation is different re payments. My stance on 2nd vehicles is financing is OK as long as a) you have a good rate and b) you can pay it off without disruption to your life if needed. I'll...
  11. What is your daily driver?

The best descriptor I've read is clinical. It puts down impressive numbers, but it doesn't excite. That said, as a daily I think it's a nice compromise. Plus, they look awesome.
  12. What is your daily driver?

The F8x is a great daily but don't buy it for driving feedback. It's very fast which is a thrill, but steering and sound are lacking. I'd say it'd be a good compliment to the R. I had a DCT which I think is ideal for that particular car.
  13. Tires pressures for the track.

I've had luck following the 350 supplement documentation...28 cold on my Cup2s.
  14. Shelby GT350 Garage Photos

    that GT3rs...want
  15. Square Set Up

This is an excellent guide by Apex. I ended up buying their SM-10 wheels for my square track setup. I plan to run cup2 305s all around. Unfortunately, I have not had a track day on them yet so I cannot comment on driving dynamics...
  16. Moving, HPR track 40 min away, $1250 unlimited pass

It's a great track. I have heard open lapping days can be a bit crazy, but at least with the pass you could bail if you're not comfortable with the experience of other drivers and come back another day.
  17. 325 tires for rear?

Cannot speak to driving dynamics yet as I just put my 4s' on, but I can tell you the 325 looks substantially wider than the 315 cup2. It's a much more of "square" look vs the slight stretch of the cup2. I found my 325's for cheap, otherwise I would take Billy's advice.
  18. Lowering GT350R ...is it worth it? (Eibach, FP and BMR)

Were these the ones they had listed for $199/tire?
