So I talked to someone who had this issue on their F150 and they replaced the phasers and tensioners and chirp is still there. Anyone know the part number for the phasers? Only can find the complete timing kit online.

Grabbed ground by the strut tower and power from the distribution box, seems to work fine, 12.7V with key off, 14v when car running.
