  1. California FS: 2019 GT350R 5k miles

I’m selling my 19 R. I just bought in December and have decided to go to spec racing so I need the garage space. I’m second owner, first owner put about 2.8k miles on, I have put the remainder. Clean carfax, no engine modifications. Most of accessories added by first owner which include: Hood...
  2. Pulled Trigger on 19R, now with track updates

Sounds fun, I am unfortunately out of town that weekend but looking forward to more track days in the future along with some local drives. I'm just in the East Bay so not too far. Car is back from Trent, went -2.2 in the front and -1.5 in the back, handling is better and hopefully will allow...
  3. Pulled Trigger on 19R, now with track updates

Great day at Thunderhill. Car ran great, zero issues after four sessions. The big adjustment is with the traction control which was pretty severe, especially later in the day as the track got a bit looser. This was expected per my last post about basically having on/off for the traction instead...
  4. Pulled Trigger on 19R, now with track updates

Quick update on the car, so far the car has been perfect, with a few shortcomings that I was pretty surprised about. I was in a ZL1 for about 4 years then a 991.2 and tracked both, mainly with the ZL1. Can someone explain why, on a track focused (or any car for that matter) there is no tow...
  5. Oil filter shortage

I went on RockAuto last Thursday night randomly and entered 2087 and it came up as in stock and I bought 2, they shipped the next day, and after a fedex delay they arrived today. I had ordered a fram, mahle and bosch and can confirm they are all plastic frames inside, where the 2087 is metal...
  6. California GT350R Titanium Lug Nuts

I’m selling a set of Ozmo Engineering lug nuts for a GT350R. They are new and I’m only selling as I have another set I’m using. I’m asking $160 shipped to CONUS. Weight: .75 oz each 3.75oz per wheel 15oz for all 4 Stock GT350R Lug nut 2.47oz per wheel 12.35oz per wheel 49.4oz for all 4...
  7. Pulled Trigger on 19R, now with track updates

I bought a 19R, low miles with one owner. Black with black stripes, extended warranty, carbon interior, near perfect spec for me. Carrier picking up on Wednesday then about one week transit to me in the San Francisco area. Laguna Seca scheduled for the Jan 2nd, hopefully weather will be...
  8. Pulled Trigger on 19R, now with track updates

Thanks for the responses, another member reached out after I posted this and I bought the car from him. Exactly what I wanted, and should be delivered right before the new year. Interestingly when I got a carfax on the car I bought, they had values way closer to market which was good to see...
  9. Pulled Trigger on 19R, now with track updates

Luckily I’m 40 min to Sonoma and 90 to Laguna Seca and Thunderhill. Only bummer will be sound at Laguna and having to lift up the hill. My last car was a ZL1 and even that didn’t make sound on 90db days. This is being bought purely as a track toy with limited street use.
  10. Pulled Trigger on 19R, now with track updates

Market is obviously high right now, but to be fair, dealers around me (Sf Bay Area) always had huge markets up these cars so even in the low 80s it’s still nearly 10k over msrp which seems nuts until you look at all these C8s selling for 15k over msrp and there is nothing special about them. My...
  11. Pulled Trigger on 19R, now with track updates

I have been watching these forums for some time and I am about ready to purchase a clean low mileage 2019R from a dealer. Knowing the times we are in, the price is high (low 80s), but the spec I want. It’s amazing how similar mile late 18Rs are selling for 10k less for nearly the same...
