Don't believe there is a fuel filter on the GT. I know the GT350 has one. The Mach one might. I would just run a tank of 91/93 through it every now and again.
Look up the brake bleed procedure using Forscan. It will instruct you to crack the bleeder and will then run the ABS pump just long enough to cycle the new fluid through. Simple to do and works very well for all sides.
Like $320 a month. I pay $450 a month though just to pay it off sooner. 18 GT premium with 401a and 10 speed. Paid 32k for it with 10k miles back in 2019. Hindsight is always 20/20 and I am glad I bought when I did.
Bit of an odd question, I have an HPT RTD tuner that I use for my 18 Mustang GT. A family member has a 2015 Escape that just came up with a check engine light. I've scanned my vehicle before for codes, but can I plug my RTD into her Escape and scan for codes? Or will this not work? Thanks!
Anybody have any opinion or heard this setup? I’m wanting to get the Texas speed catted long tube headers and use my steeda h pipe that’s already on the car. I’ll be keeping the same stock active exhaust mufflers. I like a really deep sound not the super raspy tinny kind of sound and I think...
Same here. It’s very audible when cold, but when warm you have to really really listen for it and be next to a wall to hear it, but it is still there. I honestly think this is the characteristic of the drivetrain
Just installed the stop the hop starter kit on my 18 gt a couple days ago and it makes quite the difference under hard acceleration and high speed cornering
After selecting my three gauges and hitting the pony button to go back to the main screen I see the gauges but if I scroll down I just cycle through the different gauges and eventually a lateral g force meter before starting over again.
on my digital dash I have no problem picking and choosing the gauges that I want to see, but my question is, how do I get it to show as text?
I’ve seen people can do either gauges or keep scrolling down and they can have for example inlet air temperature, cylinder head temperature and all the...
Mine would lurch really hard when shifting into drive to the point you better have the brake pressed down hard when you shift into it because it will jerk you. Took it to the dealer a couple months ago and they reflashed the transmission and its been perfect ever since.
