@Nagare I’m surprised to see the D3400R fitment actually clear length and width wise. Curious if there’s a solution to find a housing for the battery that will allow deeper fitment, depth-wise or if your modifications will resolve the height issue.

D3400R is the same battery, just reversed. It would be the ideal one to use for the S550 with minor modifications.

I as well just purchased an XS D4700 AGM battery for a stereo installation upgrade. I have not installed but I’m curious if BMS will be an issue and if so is there a way to turn it off? I’ll also note that it’s recommended from the manufacturer for the first time that you charge the battery...
