Bought the car new, no aftermarket tune. I understand the 1000 rpm buffer with as quickly as this thing revs, but with the 10A in sport mode, it's living half it's life with the shift light flashing on a back road. Might be time for a tune....

Might have to do that before aggressive driving. Can always chancpge back for the day to day. Wish I could get rid of it all together tho, seems kind of pointless with the 10A.

I've gone through the track apps to see if I could find it, but no luck. The redline on the gauge shows about 7500, but the light comes on at 6000-6500. It's crazy - spirited driving on a back road the shift light is almost always on - even with the sport mode downshifts.

Different strokes I suppose. I grew up around drag cars and muscle cars that all had plenty of meat on the tires on 15" rims. Maybe I'll paint my taller sidewalls so I don't lose cred with the group. Blang blang!

Just did some research, apparently my car doesn’t have a pony button - there’s an M button where other cars have the pony feature.

Looks like I'll be ok with the 255/45R19 fronts and 275/45R19 rears but not much more than that. At least they'll be about an inch taller front and rear and fill out the wheel wells a bit better. Nitto Motivos should fit the bill nicely, and with a 60k mile warranty I can get the rears...
