You are correct, Continental 285/30 front and 305/30 rear with Steeda Sport Progressives and camber plates. I contacted Ford Performance and that was their size recommendation, I'm pretty sure I could have went with 295/30 fronts.
Steeda Sport Progressives, just a bit over 1" lower than stock Performance Package. Also running 25mm spacers, they will be removed with the new wheels/tires.
I got lucky and found a new non-nav APIM and screen for $229 on eBay, that source is no longer available.

USB hub adapter cable...
I also have a 2015 GT Premium that had SYNC 2/My Ford Touch that I swapped to SYNC 3 with CarPlay a couple years ago. I bought a non nav APIM and screen off eBay, also need a GPS antenna, CarPlay capable USB/media hub that goes in the center console (under armrest) which requires an adapter...
Looking forward to getting these on my 2015 PP! It's lowered with Steeda Sport Progressives and nearly new 275/40-19 Indy 500's on the rear, thinking about moving them to the front with the Mach 1s. Staying with the Firestone's my only rear tire option is 325/30-19 but concerned about...
Here's a YouTube video showing Bambi mode and other changes for F150 but works on Mustang.
I've been using $20 VINT ELM I got from Amazon a year ago, its worked fine...
Fog lights on with high beams is called "Bambi Mode", I enabled it with Forscan on my Mustang and F150.
So many things can be done with Forscan! Got very familar when I did MFT>SYNC3 swap and digital gauge cluster upgrade on my 2015 GT.
I just bought a 2017 F150 and used CYAN Labs tool to update old SYNC 3 version to 3.4.20282 and maps from NA 1 15 to 1 20. Shared it with a friend that also has 2017 F150 that had never been updated and he now has the latest SYNC software and maps.
This thread saved me much stress, while installing lowering springs and new shocks had right front subframe bolt bottom out 1/2" from bracket due to threads getting jammed up. Ordered taps from eBay and problem solved.
It's still in the top right corner on mine, didn't lose it when I went from 3.4.19200 to 3.4.20282. It can be modified using Forscan displaying various vehicle types, guessing it can be disabled/enabled via Forscan.
With AA I am getting nav on the dash with both Waze and Google Maps on all display modes, wIth CarPlay/Google Maps or Waze still get nothing but according to this and other threads Apple is restricting this feature.
I've got 2015 GT PP Premium originally with SYNC 2/MFT but swapped it for SYNC 3 non-nav last May, then in November I did the digital gauge upgrade so I feel like I have a 19! I have personal iPhone 12 Pro and work phone is Motorola Android.
