I get the rear parking assist message 100% of the time, even off the showroom floor. Is that not a normal screen to show up when throwing into reverse?

Does the filter click into place or you just slide it in until you feel like it is deep enough?

you could probably apply the wrap to the exterior pats too. I agree with wrapping the car with as little as possible and then if you want the mods to match the wrap, wrap them before you put them on the car.
