Most likely the jlt in your case if it was fine with the stocker. Im only running jlt because it was a gift from the wife lol otherwise id stick with the stock or pmas one.
How long have you had this setup?my previous ported manifold had a hairline crack on one of the bolts causing a leak. Didnt notice until it was on the dyno running 30% rich. Tuner thought it was my jlt but he smoke tested it and turned out to be the manifold. Mind you it was brand new ported.
I have the jlt intake on my 17 no issues at all with aed tune. I did put some pipe foam tubing around the top to help seal the box to the hood to keep IAT’s down.
should be fine but obviously get the tune asap. Tune will fix the AFR but will still have codes. You can also google ways to help turn off the CEL without the tune.
Ive been using motul dctf with ford modifier in my 17 mt82 after about 1k miles in. Got the car new now sits at 29k and have a barton shifter trans mounted(about 2500 miles on this setupq)and never had any issues grinding or not going into gear even shifting at 7600 rpms. Also have the steeda...
I didnt take any pics but on the DDS mines had marks on the driveshaft and for the front adapter to keep them lined up as thats how it got balanced on their machine. Then on the trans there was a mark that lined up to the stock driveshaft so i lined up all the marks for the front. For the rear...
its not bad at all i have zero vibrations and harshness just a bit of noise but only when the roads are in rough shape otherwise its smooth and quiet. I have the usual rear suspension stuff so with that also i think it amplifies the noise more but nothing some music cant fade out.
I have a DSS one piece and its smooth up to 130ish. Fastest ive gone with it on. It does increase NVH a bit but only on rougher roads. But its worth it to me on install i aligned all marks on the DSS piece to the stock marks on the front and rear of the car.
edit-i think the actuall weight...
Mine lasted 8k of daily driving, no burnouts or anything like that. Only time i was happy with that tire was in 80+ degree weather when they would make taking turns a bit more fun. Now i have firehawk 500s and coudlnt be happier! Way better tire all around!
