Done a few simple mods along the way, axle back, jacking rails, BMR CB005 kit, line lock enable ect
Great all round car, taken it to Sydney drags, does the unthinkable...
I've been reading about how gen 2 engines retard timing under certain conditions, mine is a 17 Australian version.
Does it help if you add octane booster while running premium fuel

I've had all sort of v8's since the late 70's from Windsors of all kinds to 11 sec Cleveland Falcons (Australian) to the current Coyote
Driven all the muscle car era big blocks but they really have nothing on the Australian Barra 4.0...

Just need a switchable HS-MS Can ELM327 that you can get off eBay for $29.40 , FORScan with free extended licence, laptop and there you have it.
Even if you don't want to enable it I highly recommend getting the above, its a powerful tool
