Android auto can be really picky about the cable being used so maybe try a different cable. Also, I sometimes have to reboot my phone to clear up android auto niggles although it's normally Waze that stops working properly.
The heated seats in my Jeep were (p)leather and got much warmer than the seats in the Mustang so I don't think it's a leather vs fabric thing, I think it's just something else Ford do to add to the "character" of the Mustang... :giggle:
It does it even when I use the catch on the back of the seat. I'll try being a bit firmer pushing the seat back into position and see if that makes a difference. I'll mention it when it goes in for its service, although I expect they'll say its normal. Thanks for all the replies.

I get Radioplayer as well as Ford Pass when connected via Bluetooth. Apparently Spotify used to show up as well but that was stopped after an update to Spotify a few months back.
As for Waze on Android Auto, I've had it reset on me a couple of times but it's fine 99% of the time
