I ordered wheels from LMR on black Friday last year. 2 of the 4 wheels arrived bent. The 2 that were bent had damage to the box. Called up LMR, they had me send pictures of the box and the wheels. They had UPS pick them up and they sent me a new set. Customer service experience was great.

Your magazine stiffness will lessen over time but it likely won't go away completely. I've always had to insert the mags with authority on all four of mine. My wife used to work at Kimber when we lived in NY and we got some screaming deals on display pistols they wouldn't sell to the public.

I actually pass right by my local dealer on my way to and from work everyday. Their phone system is terrible so I just stopped by and made an appointment. After 10 days, it's functioning great. If that changes, I'll update this thread.
