40 should be fine. Grip will be reduced, but just go easy until you get some heat in them.

Well, if lap times are the right measure, how does 1:35 at Road Atlanta sound? Only mods are brake pads and RE71R. Lots of potential to be unlocked still. Apologies for the cheesy video.....

I can’t say for sure. I’m just quoting what the description said on the FP website. I think they switched to dual injection for ‘18 on the GT, so that could be the difference.
