Just had my first oil change (done at the dealer). Got home, parked the car and checked the dip stick the next morning. Well below the bottom hole on the dip stick. Checked dealer invoice and it said 8 litres. Called them up but unfortunately they were closed. Drove to closest place I could find...

No studder or hesitation on drive home. All is good.

Did not notice last weekend when the CEL came on but I will check for stutter on my way home tonight. Thanks

Update: Dealer said once they drove the car into the bay the light was off however the code reader complained about a "misfire". They checked the car, took it for a good test drive (I'm sure they did :-) and no other issues reported. I'll keep an eye on this and hopefully that is the last...

Tough crowd :-) Surely I can't be the first 2018 GT owner to get the CEL. Just looking to see if any other 2018 GT owners have had the same experience. Thanks TomcatDriver for the suggestions. I will update the tread once I get more info from my dealer.

Today my car rolled over the 600KM mark so I decided to venture into the "red line RPM realm". I'm happy to report that the car flew past the incorrectly marked 7000 RPM red line and came close to the 8000 RPM mark so I'm assuming it shifted pretty much at 7500! I had to do it to put my doubts...
