Sorry for the delayed response to some of the questions asked earlier. I used Safari and had no issues with the website or download time. Install took about exactly an hour but worked without issue. I was able to get the map update for free for the wife's 2019 Nautilus which had the NA 1 17...

Hard to say really, but I had the same thought. I know they don't charge you for updates if you have a 2018 or newer (just verified by doing it for the wife's 2019 Lincoln Nautilus). Hoping that means that going forward I won't have to pay but who knows

Just to close the loop here, I decided to go with the Mak 3" catted midpipe. I'll modify it as necessary to hook up to my BBK shorties and my 3" magnaflow catback. I'll also run defoulers to make sure I don't get a CEL and don't have to change the tune. This keeps me at least mostly emissions...
