There's a reason why Ford uses the same Tremec box in the GT350, it's an awesome transmission. I had a 2015 1LE which had the 6060 instead of the 3160 and it was an absolute joy to use.

Raising this from beyond the grave. Did the dealer fix it? I'm having the opposite issue where the screen is super bright at night, adjusting the brightness manually fixes it but what's the point of having auto brightness if it isn't auto?
