I've actually just came across this video in my research and most probably it has answered my question that I should go with Option 3 for the best waste gate control.

You are correct about the 4 port solenoids. They give you the benefit of larger boost applications but can be tricky for tuning, never the less I dont plan to go above 14PSI. I even find the 10PSI application tricky to drive hard!

In a bit of a dilemma in making sure we are doing this right.
Some background info first:
I've had a sleeper (bottom mounted) twin-turbo fitted about a year or so ago, running wastegate spring boost. I first had both waste gates on 7PSI springs and later changed them to 10PSI springs...
we can try and disguise it as a mustang :D just need to miss align a few body panels inject some water in his puddle lamps and remove his under seal. If it hits the above requirements it's defo a mustang... lol....
