All,
I had a 4 wheel alignment but will be going to a different shop to have another one done. The tech had a very hard time getting my preferred settings (BMR Street Handling specs), and seemed clueless about the set up.
I clocked all of the required bushings after the install.
I did...
Recently installed CB005 and FRPP Track dampers and SP083 springs. I've also installed Nitto Invo tires. Car handles like it's on rails, but I have developed an increased vibration around 50-100mph. I can live with it, but it's not ideal. Would the springs/dampers increase vibration, or the...
Car is only lowered 3/4". The car came in at -3.5 Degrees and after checking the specs again, the car is actually at -0.1 degrees each side. The range of adjustment is there. Camber arms would definitely make it easier to adjust, I just feel like I could spend $400 on many other upgrades instead...
Looking for an alignment shop in the bay area to get my car aligned. Car is on FRPP/BMR handling springs, CB006/CB005.
Had it aligned by one shop with good reviews (From Yelp) that stated they were a performance vehicle alignment shop. The tech stated "There's no way we can get these specs with...
Very interested. Just to be clear, there is a small group of beta testers that will give feedback to the company and then they will release the final product to the general public?
Has anyone had any luck with Ford of Fairfield? I'm located in Vallejo and my PP GT has a bad rod knock/BBQ tick that has come up in the past few days. I'm stock besides an Airaid intake. No tune.
Does anyone have any luck with any bay area dealerships? I'm willing to make a drive if they...
I take my car up to, or close to the rev limiter more times than I can count everyday. These engines are designed for this. 7k will not hurt the car at all, unless you leave it there for extended times.
Pulled the battery terminal overnight in hopes I would see some change. Nothing changed, car still refuses to drop down below 1600 rpm quickly. If I'm just revving the engine in neutral (not with the clutch in), it will drop down quickly and doesn't hang from 1600RPM down to idle.
Not sure if...
Checked the connections and the clamps on the TB were semi loose. Tightened them all up. Noticed that where the vacuum lines go into the intake elbow via rubber grommets, the grommets are fairly loose and flexible. I doubt they are air tight. Seems like a manufacturing defect almost with it...
Recently drove the car from California to Utah(currently here). The car seems to have developed a hanging idle condition after letting off the gas pedal at any rpm. It will hang around 1800-2000 rpm and slowly drop to idle after about 4-8 seconds. The AFR will be around 12.0 and return to 14.0...
