The manuals and the automatics still suffer drivetrain loss percentages equal to past years. The Transmissions are more efficient due to gearing and the efficient quick less slipping shifts . The torque converters are probably more efficient also, but the power that is lost between the flywheel...
All of the Ford horsepower published ratings sometimes say SAE after. But not very often. GM on the other hand there is always a * after the HP rating and that footnote always says SAE certified which is different than SAE. The 2018 5.0 is very underated at 460. The Camaro SS 6 speed manual...
Not seeing the part about being misinformed. I didn't make up the links providing the track times between the SS1LE and the Gt350R. But my thoughts are how close will the PP2 car be to the SS1LE when the SS1LE is already neck and neck with the GT350R on those short tracks . And why does the ZL1...
Some interesting fact's, the big willow time for 2017 GT350R is 1.28.29, exactly the same as the 2017 SS 1LE. Will the 2018 GT PP2 be as quick as the GT350R ???

The 13 & 14 Gt500 did beat the 5th genZL1 in the 1/4 mile, but the 5th gen ZL1 had the edge on the road course track. The 6th gen ZL1 goes unchallenged by Mustang for the last few model years. The next gen GT500 with probably a 100 horse more than the dated 6th gen ZL1 and should beat it in...
what you say is correct, they don't sell much, they don't demand over msrp but one thing you said is not correct is that Mustang sucks because they dont. The big deal is it kills the PP1 car, most likely beat the GT350 and should make the PP2 car sweat heavily all for less money.
Camaro (motortrend) should have requested a 2018 GT350 to test H2H with the 1LE, ya gotta wonder what the comments and or excuses would be when the 1LE beat the GT350 Non R:)
The Gt350 is magical?? I have not seen any track times for the GT350, the SS1LE does on the other hand have many track time's listed. Has there ever been a SS1LE GT350 H2H on any track? For 10k more and 70 horse power more I would hope it would be competitive. The GTLM class that the GT...
That's because the goodyear "R" spec, tread design and compound are unique to the ZL1 1LE and that tire competes directly with the cup 2. That tire is on no other Camaro
Here is the correct info regarding the cup 2 rating of streetable track and competition not extreme performance summer.

Your wrong , the G3 GY is not rated in the same category as the cup 2.
https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Michelin&tireModel=Pilot+Sport+Cup+2
The Michelin Cup 2 is classified in the Streetable track and competition category, The Goodyear eagle F1 supercar 3 is not. Like I said the Cup 2 is a much better tire. The only goodyear tire just developed to compete with the cup 2 is on the ZL1 1LE exclusively...
