  1. Steeda Ecoboost spring question...discontinued EB-specific 555-8212 vs. one-size-fits-all 555-8210

Please do...is it raked more than 1/4" toward the back? I did pick up a set of the 555-8212 springs from American Muscle so I was able to get the proper springs. I just need to find a local alignment shop to preload/clock the bushings after I'm done. I'd like to drive down to Steeda and have...
  2. Steeda Ecoboost spring question...discontinued EB-specific 555-8212 vs. one-size-fits-all 555-8210

A set of the discontinued 555-8212 or the new 8210? I was going to order from AM since there's no longer an option to order the 8212 on your website.
  3. Steeda Ecoboost spring question...discontinued EB-specific 555-8212 vs. one-size-fits-all 555-8210

Thanks for the information and clarification...looks like I need to pick up a set of the discontinued EB springs while I still can.
  4. Steeda Ecoboost spring question...discontinued EB-specific 555-8212 vs. one-size-fits-all 555-8210

I was hoping to get a reply from them here just so it’s a matter of public record in case anyone else was wondering.
  5. Steeda Ecoboost spring question...discontinued EB-specific 555-8212 vs. one-size-fits-all 555-8210

The time has come to put springs on my 15 EB. I'd had my eye on the Steeda Progressive 555-8212 springs that were specific for the EB, now I see they have been replaced by the all-inclusive 555-8210 model that fits GT/EB/V6. What I'm not understanding is how this one spring can offer the same...
  6. What can we do for You?

Hey Benny...one more. Looking for the p/n for the banjo bolt and crush washers for the front calipers on a 15 GT. The part numbers for the actual flex lines are FR3Z-2078-C and FR3Z-2078-D but the exploded diagrams available online don't show the bolt or washers. Maybe they come with the...
  7. Grey (zinc?) coated OEM rotors...what's the consensus on how to handle?

Thanks for the input. That was actually my second question...what is the proper bedding/burnishin procedure for OEM pads? I can't find anything for OEM pads, only aftermarkets like Hawk, etc. 45 hard/moderate stops to 10-15 a few times?
  8. Grey (zinc?) coated OEM rotors...what's the consensus on how to handle?

I'm upgrading my brakes to the GT calipers/rotors and got my new OEM rotors today. They're coated in a gray substance, presumably zinc to keep them from rusting. I've searched the internet some and opinions seem to be divided: Take it off with brake cleaner prior to install vs. leave it...
  9. Oil Pan Removal/Installation Instructions for BSD

Do you think you could PDF me the brake caliper install pages? Specifically for the GT...I just need the torque values. Upgrading to GT calipers so I need the torque values for the caliper to knuckle, banjo bolt to caliper, and brake line to hard line. Thanks in advance!
  10. What can we do for You?

Those rotors weigh a ton, do you happen to have a code that'd help out with shipping a little? I hate to beg but I thought I'd ask. Thanks again!
  11. What can we do for You?

Hey Benny, I have a couple more (sorry). I'm looking for the correct brake rotors for a non-PP GT. There are two non-PP part numbers for this: GR3Z-1125-F "w/o Premium Brakes" GR3Z-1125-K "w/ Premium Brakes" Given the last eight of the VIN being F5390424, can you give me the correct part...
  12. What can we do for You?

Awesome! Thanks so much...looks like he fatfingered the part number when writing it down. Longshot, but do you have any insight as to why the three different colors for the same shape/style clip? The blue ones feel stiffer to me and I had my wife blind-feel all three colors and she picked...
  13. What can we do for You?

Benny, I have one more request. I'm looking for the blue trim clips that are on the back of the dash trim with the center vents. The dealer broke about 5 of them when doing my evap core and now it rattles. I've done a little legwork and here is the odd part. On the back of that piece, there...
  14. A/C Evaporator Factory Defect

    Correct.
  15. A/C Evaporator Factory Defect

I just got my invoice from the dealer, they used FR3Z-19850-V as well...so yet another one after C, H, M, and R.
  16. What can we do for You?

Hey Benny...bit of an odd one here, hopefully you can help me out and it's not a wild goose chase. I recently took my car in to have the evaporator replaced. When I got it back, the big gray locking connector in the interior fuse area is just dangling there. There is a slot on the back of the...
  17. Big connector near interior fuse box, need reference photos

Thanks! There isn't anything there on mine, but there definitely was before. there's a groove/channel on the other side that absolutely slides into some sort of retention, mine isn't there, though. Now to try to find a parts resource with exploded diagrams to figure out what's missing. :(...
  18. Big connector near interior fuse box, need reference photos

Bump. Can anyone do me a solid and check your fuse box area to see where this big connector is anchored so I can keep it from flopping around? Maybe a picture or two? I sure would appreciate it.
  19. Big connector near interior fuse box, need reference photos

I just got my car back from having the evaporator replaced and was doing a once-over to make sure they put everything back correctly (they forgot to plug in the amplifier output connector). There's a big grey connection block with a blue locking latch near the interior fuse location that's...
