Norm,
Thanks so much for the diagram.
That helps me a lot.
Now I can try to narrow down the bad bushing as I believe it to be a bad bushing most likely on the lateral link.
Vince.
Had the car repaired......or so I thought.
After 6 hours they finally told me the car was ready.
Installed were the strut, spring seats upper and lower.
About a mile down the road I hit a dip and, Oh come on! The same noise was their.
Well I guess you know how I felt the rest of the way home...
Soooooo! After 3 weeks I finally nailed down Thomasville Ford in GA for my so called "Body Strut".
First I spoke to Parts and they said the part was in about a week and a half ago and couldn't figure out why no one set up an appointment.

Thanks for the input and that's exactly how I described the sound to the service manager.
I've had older cars that did that when the A frame bushings wore out.

Thanks to all for your input, I'll keep you posted.

Hi Phil
Thank you for the input. It is appreciated.
However as a programmer from the 70's, yes we had computers way back then - I'm old, I see no reason for the gauge to stop at the half way mark.
The gauge does in fact creep up with fine resolution with temperature increases, it's not a Low...
Hello,
I've noticed that my trani temp readout in my '16 3.7L automatic registers reliable temperatures. The digital gauge side of the temperature readout stops at 148 to 150 degrees with the needle at the 12 o'clock position. As the readout rises the gauge side of the system remains at the 12...
