Will the Flare device only adjust the body control module? Would I still need a tuner to make changed to the PCM, or can all necessary changes to the cars computers be done just with the Flare device?

Went ahead and got the flare device from Whipple. I'm hoping this is all I need to get the car up and running again. The dealership quotrd an hour of labor each for PCM and BCM flash so I just decided to go eith the device instead.

I have installed the frpp shifter and like it as well; however I was not able to get the bushing to fit. I tried to see if the bushing went in even without the arm from the shifter and it just is too large. Do you know how much of an effect this new bushing has, and did you have any trouble...

I actually went ahead and bought a CAI/tune combo from American Muscle. The tuner should let me calibrate the speedometer. I'm just very confused as anyone I've talked to has never had throttle issues after a gear swap... and I'll be pretty sad if I find the calibration doesn't fix the issue...
