the rev hang is only a matter of a few seconds for me, it doesn't matter if I shift at 2400 or 3000 the rev hang is the same duration and only when cold.

I found it on utube but don't recall if it was specific to the frpp, same as powershifting without the clutch but has a rev limiter

Throttle plate only slams when the engine is shut off and rev hang only when cold. Doesnt hang in neutral cold either.

That's bunk, if there was a problem that required a reflash the first to know would be those registered with FRPP.

Agree, just takes some driver adjustment.

The rev hang is more of a nuisance than an "issue".

In that case the pp3 should not have any rev hang. :popcorn:

Good info and looking forward to results, also wondering if the map change will cause warranty issues.

I like the idea of the rollbar for trackdays but wouldnt want it in all the time, just my opinion. Looks solid and well thought out.
