The issue is the isofix base should sit with 70% of the base touching the seat. The bucket seats in the stand mean only the front lip touches the seat. Even using a seat designed for bucket seats you dint get the 7p% contact patch. Using a seat belt isn’t dooable with a new born as it leans...

The seats we tried tended to tip the seat forwards towards the back rest (baby faces backwards). This isn’t good as the baby is effectively slumped forwards rather than seated. I’m happy for suggestions on what people use and will try to test them.

It involves a machine polish using a polishing compound that removes surface imperfections. My car on delivery had very rough paint, if you ran a hand over a panel you could feel it grab back. Once 'corrected' the paint was smooth. It'll remove swirls and other light scratches in the lacquer.
