Newb question alert!! When should you find it necessary to upgrade your oil pan? I have read that the road race designed oil pans both increase oil capacity as well as keep oil off the crank by blocking slush so im aware of their function but I was just curious how soon I should be concerned...

Starting on my paxton beefcake special sc kit soon and decided to tackle the mmr oil pump and crank gears at the same time. Anyone have any advice or comments on installing these?

Looking at pulling the trigger on the beefcake special 800hp vortech kit but im not seeing anyone talking about running vortech at all. Any advice??:ninja:
