I installed the Vogtland lowering springs on my car as one of my first mods 2 years ago. Since then I have added Steeda's adjustable struts/shocks, their shock mounts, and bump stops. The ride is pretty good but can be harsh on our New England roads.
Has anyone had a similar experience and...
Just around the corner in Warwick. I spend more time upgrading and spinning wrenches with my baby then actually driving her but I'm usually looking for a reason to take her out.
I received mine on Monday. I have the clunking sound as well on one side. When I checked it, the one that's clunking has to be defective. The ball in side is very loose where I can move it around with just one finger and it will clunk (detached from frame of vehicle). I put the factory mount on...
I replaced the whole pumpkin this past winter. Also you have to change the as-built due the gear ratio is adjusted in the bcm so a tuner won't change it. Love the car with the 3.55. Not a cheap mod but well worth it imho

I second the pro-actions. I put springs on last year and now kicking myself because I have to do the install all over again as my shocks and struts are arriving tomorrow. Almost went with the fixed ones but realized I will be much better off being able to adjust them and not have any regrets...
This is the lighter replacement I used. It comes with 3' of cables but you can even get the with 6' if you want to be creative and install them in the center console
I can't express how happy I am with this. I thought the TomTop was an upgrade when I installed it last year but this doesn't compare. No more unsupported issues with temperature settings and words in Chinese on the screen. CarPlay work great for me and I can't get over the sound difference.
I...
Just a heads up for the rear defogger. I spoke with Scosche and found out it's in the settings. You need to hold the set up button until the set up light turns red (about 10 seconds). Then go to car configuration. Select heated rear screen. Activate that setting and back out until you can select...
