I have the same problem with my 2019 Ecoboost, but fortunately I did not damage the stock valve. I cannot return the DV+, as it is past the window for returns. Will an earlier year (2015 - 2018) bypass valve fit the 2019 housing? I may want to go that route, or perhaps try to sell the DV+.

Looks like I will be partially disassembling my GT 350 CAI and making the appropriate modifications. My inlet air temps are now consistently 4 F above ambient with the car at motion after the CAI install, whereas they stayed at or near ambient with the factory intake. The dealer installed it...

Just received my Denso ITV22 plugs (pregapped) in the mail today, and they're going in tomorrow. I've seen opinions either way on OE versus colder plugs. I'll keep the OEs around just in case.

What spark plugs should we be running with the Ford ProCal tune? Still running stock, but looking to replace them real soon.

What about running these plugs on the Ford ProCal tune? Is one step colder than stock plugs adequate, or should I go down another step?

Thanks. Plan to add an FMIC before too long, and may have to look at the plugs option. Keeping the mods at a min since it's a DD.

I noticed numerous posts about not adding a downpipe with the ProCal tune. How about a catted downpipe?

Great to see I wasn't the only one having installation issues. It was quite difficult to pull out the retaining clips for the stock hose due to limited clearance, and I broke both of them. I ordered a new hose just in case the catch can doesn't pan out (was unable to find just the clips)...
