Was told to let car idle & do neutral rev holds for the ethanol% to start learning. What are neutral rev holds? Is it only for manual cars?

OK, not looking to change rim design. Seems like just adding 1' spacers on existing is my best bet but want some first hand input. There has to be somebody with a similiar setup on this forum. Tried contacting one member but no response back.

11" rim definitely doesn't fit. So a spacer seems like the solution. Anybody else have any ideas, input.

I can tell you first hand that Anderson Composites GT350 style C/F fenders weigh the same as OEM. No significant weight savings. Call them to confirm if you want.
