I was with Admiral multicar until April this year when the renewal went up 50% - no changes to cover or any claims. They reduced it when I complained but was still up over 40% so I cancelled.
After a comparison website check I got the renewal to within £5 of my previous year.
This is the recommended cable - I was getting error messages with the cable with the switch on my 2022. No switch on the new one but it auto switches & loads all modules
I wouldn't drive too hard after cleaning to give the car a chance to learn the clean maf - if it has adjusted the fueling over the years because it was dirty. Or even disconnect the battery for a bit so it then has to relearn the fueling
I've never cleaned a maf sensor but seen it mentioned on this site several times. Most seem to use contact cleaner.
The other option would be a new sensor - not sure how expensive they are

Note: Upon a battery disconnect, the active guidelines may not be functional until your vehicle has...
Mine was the opposite of your wiper - it was going onto the A pilar - after adjustment it would have hit the bonnet if lifted - third time lucky!
I'm glad I wasn't the only one to struggle getting the wiper arm off - slight mod to the puller & a big pair of grips to brute force it - success 😂
