I have a ‘16 and don’t have Apple CarPlay. I updated the Sync software and realized you need to swap hardware too in order to get CarPlay. So I’m stuck using Sync 3.

Sorry, just updated the post to explain that I noticed this after updating Sync to the latest version.

For those who use Spotify through Sync, you might have noticed Spotify stopped supporting Ford Sync back in January and no longer shows up in apps, which really sucks. It was the only app I used. This happened after I updated Sync to the latest version... so if you're thinking of doing that...

That's the idea. Some say you can have an ASE certified shop do the work and not void the warranty, or even install it yourself and have an ASE certified shop inspect it and turn the inspection receipt into Ford... but the dealer told my friend that if the dealer installs it you're safe for sure...

I wish the MagnRide was an option on the '16 GT. I know coilovers are available but I'm an old man now and really like the idea of an active suspension set up. Nice looking car.

Yeah, it doesn't make much business sense for them to make it available, and they know that they'd probably piss off people who already purchased the more expensive GT350 intake manifold kit. No problem TJ, thanks for supporting the effort. I'm trying to get other S550 owners to post their times to create a unique database of organized and filterable timeslips and dyno sheets for the platform - something that doesn't exist anywhere like this. In any event, keep up the good work...
