I did this back in March, and AC is still blowing cold. Still not as cold as my 14 year old Chevy truck, but it's been good enough for this hot as hell Texas summer.

I have only talked to the service manager so far, and he wasn't willing to do anything about it. This was my first Ford vehicle, and will likely be my last.
