...Chevrolet's new slogan.
Of course, they need to find new roads, they're getting their asses kicked on the current ones in the real world.
Based on the last few months of sales, maybe they should change it to, "Find new buyers"!
Just took a peek over on Camaro6 to see their comments regarding the September numbers and, guess what, nary a peep! That monthly thread is typically a beehive of activity but not as much as a buzz. Sad really.
Guess their too busy questioning the reliability of the new LT engines than...
Agree. Somebody on Camaro6 posted up a link regarding the Mustang that shows that females are buying S550's at a higher percentage than they did S197's. I have to believe the poor fool did so thinking he was insulting the Mustang and/or its buyers with that information. I hate to break it to...
I get that. Obviously, the point I was trying to make did not come across correctly. Yes, active exhaust is an option on the SS, and option you must pay for, but the sound you get for that price is the sound GM gives you. If, like me, you like the active exhaust feature but hate the tone...
Because Ford recognizes that not everyone buying a Mustang wants a loud exhaust. They would prefer to let owners take advantage of the aftermarket to customize the sound of the car to their individual liking. GM is making you pay for the active exhaust as an option.
If sounding like every redneck in a GM truck sounds good to you, thenI guess you're in hog heaven. Sound is subjective, like looks, but that being said, my opinion is that it sounds loud, not good.
I'm finding it hilarious that so many over on Camaro6 are getting excited over a YouTube video of someone revving a 6thGen SS. I took a look at the video and, quite frankly, I think it sounded like half the trucks the rednecks in my area drive. I get that exhaust note is subjective, but the...
I still don't know why I was banned. There was an exchange I had with the now-deceased LOWDOWN where he called me a bunch of names but I never reciprocated. Next thing I know, I'm banned. I think it was because I would not simply drink the koolaid over on that site and, instead, tried to...
I'm not sure why you're talking about the SS sedan in any conversation regarding the Mustang or the Camaro. Regardless of it's performance, features, safety, etc. it is still a sedan. I get that you might feel the need to defend you purchase of a GM product on a Ford-centric website, but what...
LOL, not even 24 hours after declaring he was done with the cross-forum chatter, ChefBorOzzy posts comments direct related to this thread!
And they are really taking offense to your also-ran comment, garagelogic! One guy over there spent half a page preaching to the choir that the...
Looks like your post really got under the skin of at least ChefBorOzzy! Despite evidence to the contrary, he says he's "done with the cross-forum" chatter." Like he had a choice, since he was banned from this site.
I love it when people like him who live in the proverbial gutter on car...
I'm beginning to wonder though. Ever since two or three people have jumped on the bandwagon of claiming he was untruthful about owning a z/28, he's not replied to their accusations. Looks like he still posts over there though. Was he really a poser? Or is he just not giving a few folks the...
Wow, I just went over there and checked out that train wreck of a thread regarding whether or not the GT350 is faster than the z/28. I had poked around over there periodically, but this was the first time I took the time to read all of the comments since the GT350R ride-along releases...
