All of the positive press for the Hellcat and the refreshed design seems to have rekindled interest in the Challenger nameplate. People want a piece of that pie and the Camaro is a tad stale. Ford is eating everyone's lunch, though, to keep up with the food analogies.
It'd be cool if Ford allowed 2015 owners a software update from MFT to S3, but I'm not sure what hardware requirements are in place for the new system.
I love the spoiler on the standard GT350. But the star of that show is the striping and front badge imho. Interesting to see R style wheels on the regular GT350 too.
Is there an R appearance package available on the standard GT350 or something?
Perhaps the lower redline is due to this data being collected from a non-R motor? Do we know if the R gets a higher redline?
FWIW, I know in those spy videos of the GT350 and the GT350R on the 'Ring, the R seemed significantly higher-pitched.
Hey guys, long time lurker. Love this site. Okay, straight to business haha. Can someone PLEASE explain to me the obvious turbo noise/BOV at 1:20 in the GT350 release video? It almost gave me a heart attack.
