Yes they look fantastic. Been looking at the PP2 for a while now, but wasn’t a fan of the 30 ratio. Glad to see the 305/35’s fit without any issues and makes the car look even better.
You should be ok with the NJ inspection as long as you don't decide to install long tube headers (even catted) or install a tune that disables the O2 sensors.
West New York/Hoboken/Weehawken are great areas, but parking is a pain in the ass. I hope you have a garage or reserved parking lined...
I went through the whole mix and match procedure on my s197 and decided I did not want to go that route on the s550. It was fun researching the different parts i guess, but it cost me a lot of money constantly swapping out different parts.
I would recommend the FRPP track handling pack over...
Yup, saw those as well, but I'm not sure if Stillen's kit is the exactly same as Essex. The dimensions on the rotors are slightly different:
Essex:
372x34mm
Stillen/Hypermotive:
370x36mm
Hi All,
Anyone have these brakes:

Obviously they weigh much less than the stock PP Brembos, but do they outperform them as well even though they are 14.6in diameter vs 15in diameter with the...
I feel your pain broseph. I also had the Magnaflow Competitions (dual only) and swapped them out for Corsa Sports after a week. Loved the deep tone, but the drone was unbearable. At over 3k rpm imo the sports sound more aggressive than the comps. The extremes are more aggressive than the sports...
I had the Magnaflow comps and swapped them out for the Corsa sport after ~1000 miles.
To me, the Magnaflow was much louder at cold start and idle than the Corsa, and about the same at partial and WOT. The Magnaflows sound great, but they drone pretty badly between 1800 and 2100 RPM. The Corsas...
Any drone with your setup with the resonators? I know Borla says that their systems don't drone, but every manufacturer seems to say that.
Bought the Magnaflow Competition catback and the drone between 1.5k and 2k RPM in 6th gear (60-70 mph) is unbearable to me, and I'm looking at the Borla...
The FRPP track pack is definitely firmer, but it isn't harsher, and it did get rid of the "PP bounce." The ride quality is much better. Debated whether or not I should install the track pack for a long time because I was convinced that a track focused suspension upgrade would kill the ride...
Anyone in the NJ/NY/PA area have either the Corsa Sports or FRPP Touring Catbacks installed in their GT, and wouldn't me riding along and listening to the exhaust in person?
Will buy you a six pack of your choice!
