Looking at getting a custom e85 tune from vmp to put on my car with my bama revx tuner, is it worth it/ safe? Also how low do i need to drain my fuel tank to put e85 in it.

So i tuned my car to e85 and after about a day on it I decided to gun it and i got a check engine light p0171 and i felt like i lost some of my power Also is it okay to run e85 on a e70 tune

Im looking to tune my 2021 mustang gt to e85 but im worried because is it okay if i dont run pure e85 and its like e70 or something? And how bad will it hurt my engine if i run e70 or something because i might not test the fuel everytime i fill up with gas
