the car is a 2018 mustang gt .I was doing a clutch install and upon reinstalling the new clutch ,one of the flywheel bolts ate the threads unsure on how to go about drilling and taping new threads in and where or how to get a replacement bolt . Any suggestions ???

I have a 18 gt mt82 car ,stock clutch driveshaft ,car has 75k miles. did a pull 1st gear pull today everything went fine .After the clutch and shifter both vibrated way more than usual Any ideas on what the problem could be ? I’m guessing maybe clutch or driveshaft …. The trans is fine
