I put a 2018 transmission in my 2015 Ford mustang GT 6 speed manual now when I push in the clutch to shift gears it keeps revving to about 5,000 RPM then it drops and then there's lots of power throughout the gear dead spots could it be the intake runner stuck? I get a code p20 05

So I have a 2015 mustang gt 6 speed manual well I broke it so I bought a 2018 6 speed had to change the flywheel because it's a dual disc setup well now I have multiple cylinders misfire num 2 and num 8 so does this have anything to do with the different trans and flywheel or considental?any...
