I’m either weak af or this belt is damn near impossible to install. I have got it on once. But it wasn’t sitting on all the threads on the balancer. Also the tensioner was set at 95 instead of 100 like the manual recommends. I have the idler all the way down.
am I doing something wrong here...
Is there like a measurement or anyway I can tell my balancer is fully settled against the crank?
I used the long pully install kit from autozone. I felt like it went as far is it could go. But I just want to make sure before I finish bolting everything back up. Thanks.

There’s a “plastic” ring that goes in the T connector but I can’t figure out for the life of me where it goes in the T connector. It’s not one of the rubberized o rings. It’s a plastic ring. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Before I get started. I’ve did a lot of research And figured that I might of mistimed the timing chains when doing my OPG install. But I feel like it could be something else well...
So I did my whipple gen 5 install afterwards.(pic below). So the thought of tearing this whole thing down...
