About 2 months ago I noticed a terrible grinding noise from 4th-5th so I took it to Ford under warranty. They told me synchros had gone bad so they told me they had to basically rebuild 5th gear and fix the synchros. Got the car back and everything was working fine and then about 200 miles later...

So basically whenever it storms or I drive through rain water leaks from vent in hood to cai. Eventually resulting in messing with the MAF sensor causing the car to be un drivable until sensor I dry out the intake and clean the iat sensor. I have Airaid Cai and I do have the hood blanket...
