Hi Guys about three weeks ago. My Sat Nav and phone connection stopped working, took to the dealship, they have reset Synch and everything went back to normal. Apprently it is a common issue with Synch 2, and reset Insync is only a temporary fix. Dealer told me they are still waiting for Ford...
