Had the car on the dyno recently these lights are still on 2 days later. What is the remedy to turn this off?

I noticed after my tune. The trans doesn't rev match upon downshifts via the paddle or just leaving it in sport mode and decelerating. Anyone else have this issue?

Got an updated tune then noticed that upon downshifts the trans is no longer rev-matching. Is this a feature that tuners can eliminate or is there something else going on?

Thinking of adding a 100-150 shot plate kit to my a6 3:55 car. PB so far was 11.89 @117 on a drag radial. I have stainless works headers to stock exhaust, JLT CAI and a email Lund Tune.
